Fun for the Whole Family
Imagine zip lining, bowling, fishing, horseback riding, or swimming. At Family Weekend, you can engage in these everyday activities within a medically safe, state-of-the-art facility and just have fun! Leave any restrictions you face behind as the impossible becomes possible in a fully accessible and adaptively equipped environment. In partnership with Victory Junction, we offer opportunities for people living with neuromuscular disease and their families to attend a free family camp experience.
Camp Details
The camp at Victory Junction is open for up to 8 family members and/or caregivers of all ages. It’s an incredible chance for the entire family to spend quality time together and bond with others facing similar medical situations. The camp spans from Friday night to Sunday afternoon at the campus in Randelman, NC.
You or a family member must reside in Mecklenburg, Union, Stanly, Cabarrus, Rowan, Iredell, Catawba, Lincoln, Gaston, Cleveland, York, Chester, or Lancaster County and have an eligible diagnosis to qualify. Offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, slots fill up quickly, so be sure to complete your application by the deadline.

How to Apply
You must apply with us and register with Victory Junction (be sure to complete both forms):
Please complete our online application by July 1 of the current year.
Once we receive your application, we will send you the link to complete the Victory Junction registration form (opens July 1), which may be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the camp start date.
Families will receive an e-mail notification of an admission decision one month before the camp starts, and all applicants will receive a decision by e-mail.
